Randy has over 30 years experience conducting executive
searches for Fortune 500 Corporations. He founded the R. J. Ross Company in
1981.
Prior to starting
his own business, Mr. Ross managed the Houston office of Brennan Associates; a
Dallas based International Executive Search Firm.
His recruiting career began in 1977, with Management Recruiters International,
where he was Account Executive of the Year for several consecutive years.
Mr. Ross has a Master's Degree from the University of New Mexico and a
Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
He resides in The
Woodlands TX, with his wife Susan. He has four grown children and four
grandchildren.

Christopher began recruiting in medical field in 2006. He recruited
Radiologists until 2008, when he founded the brokerage firm Whitaker
Financial Services. He managed the firm until 2010, when he joined
R.J. Ross Company as an Executive Recruiter.
Christopher has a
Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Houston. He
currently resides in The Woodlands, TX with his wife Kati, daughter
Erika, and son Aaron.
