Our Team
Randy has over 30 years of successful energy industry recruiting experience. He founded the R. J. Ross Company in 1981. Prior to starting his own business, he managed the Houston office of Brennan Associates; a Dallas based Executive Search Firm. His recruiting career began with Management Recruiters International.
Randy has a Master's Degree from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

He and Susan raised four children in the Houston, TX area and have been married for 37 years.
Christopher began recruiting in the medical field in 2006. He was a Radiology Recruiting Specialist until 2008, when he founded the brokerage firm Whitaker Financial Services. He managed the firm until 2010.

Christopher left the firm to join R. J. Ross company as an Executive Recruiter. In 2012 Christopher was promoted to Director of Operations. In 2014, he was promoted again to Vice President.

Christopher has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Houston. He currently resides in Castle Rock, CO with his wife Kati, daughter Erika and son Aaron.
Todd Reveley has worked as a business economist both independently and at a multi-national consulting firm, where he consulted on natural resource, energy and real estate projects for public and private sector clients, including FERC, the National Park Service and major utility firms.
He is a former lead economist for energy taxes for the State of Montana and sits on the Global Academy of Finance and Management's Global Advisory Council.
He lives in Highlands Ranch, CO with his wife and two children and enjoys hiking, fishing and snowboarding.
